I approach leadership through a three-pronged framework: the internal leader, the external leader, and the leader of change. Understanding who we are as leaders, what purpose we have, and what values we bring to our leadership roles build the crucial foundation to being a character-driven and empathetic leader. Secondly, understanding others and how we effect them builds the core on how we work with and lead others. Finally, understanding larger systems and how to change them, as well as the role we play within the system, is necessary in order to drive positive change and impact for causes we care about.

In the majority of trainings I design and lead, I work with groups from different cultures and backgrounds and bringing them together in shared values and understanding.
